2/1/23 05:17 AM: Rescue 7, Engine two responded to double MVAs. The first, on Highway 4 and CR 617, Truck vs bridge caused by ice on the bridge. The second MVA was on CR 617, SUV vs light pole possibly caused by ice as well. Both MVAs had minor injuries. No patient was transported by ambulance. Tippah EMS responded to Highway 4 and then to CR 617 for patient care, but got refusals at both scenes. Mississippi Highway Patrol handled the Highway 4 accident, and the Tippah County Sheriff Department handled the CR 617 wreck.
