Lt. Pannell left this life unexpectedly on Sunday, October 9, 2022. He served the Dry Creek Fire Dept. actively until his passing and left a void in our lives that can only be filled by knowing the he would want us to continue to serve others, as he served. Arrangements will be announced upon completion. "PawPaw" was 78 years old.
