6/28/2022 - 5 AM: If you’re headed Highway 4 into the City Of Ripley this morning, be cautious of a traffic situation involving a tractor trailer. The entire road is blocked just past the intersection of Hwy 4 and Hwy 370. heavy wrecker and police presence. You’ll need to find an alternate route.
